ALLISON, John “Jack” Fulton –Peacefully, surrounded by his family at the Stedman Community Hospice on Tuesday, June 3rd 2014 in his 89th year. He is survived by his loving and devoted wife of 67 years, Pansy (nee Ross). He was the proud father of two fine sons; Lynn (Dawn) of Cole Harbour, N.S. and Roger (Michelle) of Guelph, Ont. Also survived by five grandchildren, Tim, Erin, Jay, Suzanne and Jonathan. Jack had eight great grandchildren, Breanna, Zachary, Noah, Rhiannon, Calista, Troy, Ava, & Kane. Also survived by a brother Bill (Myrna), sister Louise Christopher and sister in laws Audrey and Evelyn Allison. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by siblings; Marion (1962), Doris (2011), Karl (2012), Jim (2013). At 17 1/2 years of age Jack joined the Royal Canadian Air Force during WWII and trained as aircrew until October 1945. His working career included Bank of Montreal in Hamilton, Brantford Brick Limited and then as an Associate Dealer for Canadian Tire Corporation in Port Hawkesbury, N.S. and Niagara Falls, Ont. Jack’s extensive volunteer work included 40 years as a patient driver for the Canadian Cancer Society, Meals on Wheels for several years and Big Brothers of Brantford. Jack was a former President and Life Member of the Royal Canadian Legion, Branch 29 in Paris. He was a long time member and served on the Board of St. Paul’s United Church as well as the Board of the Willett Hospital.
