He was active with the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 29 Paris. Following his \u201csemi retirement\u201d he enjoyed spending his time traveling in Lakewood and Florida. In his younger years he was active with Paris Minor Ball and Hockey and music.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beloved partner to Liz Ryan; loved brother to Brian (Pat), and Bev Roswell (Stan \u201cPete\u201d); dear uncle to Ken &amp; Kevin (Kris) Smith, and Lesley Roswell (friend Paul). Also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins. Predeceased by his parents Les and Ollie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Gathering will be held at the Royal Canadian Legion Branch # 29 (70 William St. Paris) on Saturday March 19, 2016 from 1-4 PM. Remembrances and Eulogies at 2:00 PM.
