James Gyselinck, a beloved Life Member of Royal Canadian Legion Branch 29, passed away peacefully on May 15th, 2025 at age 77.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jim was a proud member of Branch 29 for 11 <\/a>years, and Branch 258 Highland Creek for 20 years , and was awarded Life Membership in recognition of his dedication and outstanding service to the community. Jim was a true patriot and a strong supporter of the Legion’s mission of remembrance and support for veterans. Jim sat in many different positions on the executive from Branch 258 president, to his last post at Branch 29, membership chairman<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jim will be sadly missed by many family and friends. A Legion Tribute service will be held in memory of Jim on June 28th at Paris Branch 29 starting at 1:00pm with a Celebration of Life following after. Please join his family and stay to celebrate memories and stories of Jim with his family.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
