Valentine\u2019s Lottery Raffle Basket<\/u><\/em><\/strong> will soon be displayed. Proceeds going to the 100 Anniversary committee.  Our anniversary is only eight months away and plans are ongoing for fundraising.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A big shout out tour community for backing the Anniversary Poppy Project<\/u><\/strong>. A workshop at the Paris Library was well attended and another is planned for Feb 14th at the Paris Fairgrounds. A huge thank you to both groups for opening up their space for the anniversary\u00a0committee’s use. Stay tuned for more anniversary events<\/u><\/em><\/strong> and future workshops to attach the poppies to the background netting. 5723 poppies and more on the way.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mackenzie Pool Tournament<\/u><\/em><\/strong> is coming in February. All are welcome and a sign-up sheet is at Legion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Come to play on the only pool tables in Paris<\/u><\/em><\/strong>. Thursday evening is League pool with partners while Friday afternoon is drop-in. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Centenary Program for Free Membership<\/u><\/em><\/strong> for 2026 has brought in several new members to our branch.  Please welcome them and encourage their participation as volunteers and event attendees.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
